Waterpoint is a project located in Ben Luc, Tay Ninh, featuring a land area of approximately 5,000 m² and a floor area of around 3,000 m², envisioned as a multi-generational living space. Before selecting materials, the developer undertook a rigorous vetting process—ranging from hands-on experiences at the Vietbuild exhibition and durability assessments to inspections of completed projects and the selection of colors, surface finishes, and accessories. Every detail was carefully considered prior to implementation, aiming to create a space that is both aesthetically pleasing and suited to the family’s long-term needs.
