Edensee Ke Ga is a coastal resort project in Binh Thuan developed under a comprehensive design-and-build model, wherein the executing party assumes responsibility for the aesthetics, quality, and durability of the entire development. Following an initial introduction at an architectural event, Kobler underwent a rigorous real-world validation process involving direct on-site surface testing. After in-depth consultations with the design team and successful application in villa units, Kobler was selected as the flooring solution for Edensee Ke Ga—a decision reflecting the specific requirements of a high-end resort operating in a coastal environment.

KOBLER – A SOLUTION TO PRESERVE THE VALUE OF COASTAL RESORT PROPERTIES

For the Edensee Ke Ga project, Kobler was selected based on three key value propositions that directly aligned with the requirements of the design-and-build contractor:

Suitability for a high-end resort: The brand, aesthetics, and material quality meet the standards of a project where guest experience and spatial design have been meticulously curated.
Stability in a coastal environment: The flooring solution is deemed ideal for conditions characterized by high humidity, salt air, and continuous heavy use—factors inherent to coastal resort properties.
Risk mitigation for the entire interior package: A flooring failure could necessitate the dismantling, moving, and restoration of other interior elements. Consequently, the flooring’s stability helps safeguard the project schedule, protect the value of the interior fit-out, and minimize warranty liabilities for the design-and-build contractor.

Prior to selection, Kobler products underwent rigorous real-world testing—including assessments for abrasion resistance, thermal stability, surface performance, and water immersion—and were successfully installed in various villa projects.
